Road accidents are a serious national issue in Bangladesh, largely caused by untrained and unskilled drivers. To address this, PATHWAY Driving Training School started its journey in 2018 with the goal of creating skilled and responsible drivers. It is a key part of the education and training division of PATHWAY, a nonprofit development organization. PATHWAY’s mission is to promote sustainable development and positive social change through collaborative efforts worldwide. The organization is a member of the Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety.

PATHWAY Driving Training School offers training for cars, motorcycles, and scooters. Through a well-designed curriculum, expert instructors, and modern facilities, it has quickly become one of the country’s premier training centers. Flexible schedules accommodate the needs of professionals from various fields. A women-friendly training environment has also been established to empower female learners.

All trainees are required to attend theory classes, which are conducted in air-conditioned multimedia classrooms. These classes cover essential topics such as road laws, safety regulations, signals and road markings, vehicle mechanics, and accident prevention. Alongside theory, practical driving sessions are provided to develop real driving skills.

PATHWAY Driving Training School offers both basic (short-term) and advanced (long-term) driving courses. Our trainers are BRTA-approved and highly experienced. We also have extensive experience conducting corporate training programs. Successful trainees receive certificates that hold significant value in the workplace. Many graduates have already secured employment driving professionally both in Bangladesh and abroad, which is a source of pride for us.

Our Social Commitment:

Our primary goal goes beyond producing skilled drivers; we are also committed to reducing unemployment and creating self-employment opportunities for marginalized groups. 

To this end, PATHWAY Driving Training School provides free driving training to - 

• Poor working women,
• Destitute and disadvantaged individuals, and
• Members of the third gender community.

Through this initiative, they gain valuable skills, improve their livelihoods, and are empowered to reintegrate into mainstream society.
