Users or customers are required to pay a specified fee to avail of our courses, products, and services. Payments are accepted both online and offline. If a payment is made by mistake, the user may request a refund by submitting a written application to the concerned authority within 24 hours of payment.

For refunds related to physical products collected from us, the product must be returned in proper condition with its quality and functionality fully intact. In such cases, customers may request a product change or refund within 24 hours of purchase.

In the event of any refund for courses, services, or products, a 10% service charge will be deducted. Accordingly, the customer will receive 90% of the paid amount as a refund.

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and completed within 7 to 10 working days.
